Ashley M. Coleman is Co-founder and President of C&G Construction Supply Company. With a strong emphasis on operations, Ashley is responsible for running the strategic and financial aspects of the business. Her primary goal is to ensure that C&G is one of Chicago’s premier minority construction material suppliers.
Prior to C&G Construction Supply Company, Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bradley University in 2009. She later went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Roosevelt University in 2015.
Ashley’s background in business management has fueled continued growth over the past decade. In honor of C&G’s 10 year anniversary, Ashley completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in 2019, which further contributed to internal restructuring and a renewed focus on C&G’s growth opportunities.
Outside of C&G, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband. When time allows, you can find Ashley reading a novel on the beach.
Lauren Green is Co-founder and Vice President of C&G Construction Supply Company. With a primary focus on identifying new business opportunities, Lauren prides herself on the strong relationships she has built within the construction industry and an expertise in project estimating.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roosevelt University in 2007, Lauren began teaching grade school. In the summer season, she spent time learning the inner workings of her father’s business as a General Contractor, and immediately recognized the need for minority construction material suppliers.
Lauren’s extensive experience in bidding and contracting large-scale commercial construction projects continues to expand C&G’s portfolio. Over the past decade, Lauren has secured some of Chicago’s most transformative projects, including City Hyde Park, Wrigley Field Renovations, and most recently, Lathrop Homes.
Outside of C&G, Lauren is a wife and mother of five boys. On any given day, you can find her chauffeuring her sons to their various activities and creating lasting memories with the entire family.
